Starting from August 19, 2025, IMG’s working and transaction office will officially be relocated to a new address at 738 Vo Van Kiet Street, Cho Quan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This marks a new milestone in the company’s development, offering a more modern workspace with improved convenience for connection and customer service. The logistics warehouse at 738 Võ Văn Kiệt, Ho Chi Minh City is located on a major arterial road connecting the city center with the southwestern gateway of Saigon. This highly strategic location shortens delivery times, optimizes costs, and ensures flexibility in all transportation operations.

The prime location at 738 Vo Van Kie is a “golden” logistics hub of the city — where major expressways, inner-city ports, and inland waterways intersect, creating a comprehensive transport network for businesses.

The design and planning competition for the University of Economics – Vietnam National University (VNU) campus in Hoa Lac, fully sponsored with 10 billion VND by IMG, officially launched on August 4, 2025. This is not merely funding for an architecture competition, but a practical initiative to help build a solid educational foundation for future generations of students.

The Master Planning and Architectural Design Competition for the University of Economics – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UEB) at Hoa Lac, fully sponsored with VND 10 billion by IMG Investment Joint Stock Company, was officially launched on August 4, 2025. Aiming to create an integrated, green, smart, and identity-rich university campus, this project marks the first step in establishing a new academic urban landmark for Vietnam.

The Launch Conference, held on August 4 in Ho Chi Minh City, marked the beginning of the journey to create a next-generation educational space at Hoa Lac, with sponsorship of VND 10 billion from IMG Investment Joint Stock Company — a business founded by an alumnus of the University of Economics – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UEB).

On August 4, 2025, IMG Investment Joint Stock Company, the University of Economics – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UEB), in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Planning Information Center (under the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City), officially held the Launch Conference and Information Session for the International Design Competition for the Master Planning – Landscape Architecture and Building Complex of the University of Economics – VNU Hanoi at Hoa Lac, at a scale of 1/500.

As part of the journey to develop a new landmark along the Saigon River – the 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh project – the Chairman of IMG Group recently held a strategic meeting with Yinjian Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. (Ngan Kien), a leading company in interior design and construction for high-end hotels and residential complexes in China.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025), Mr. Le Tu Minh, Chairman of IMG, had the honor of attending the special art program “The Immortal Anthem”, co-organized by the People’s Committee of Da Nang City and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The event served as a heartfelt tribute to the heroic sons and daughters who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the nation.

With the goal of creating a high-quality living environment while providing a professional platform for architects to collectively shape the future landscape of Southern Ho Chi Minh City, the investor, MHL, officially launched the jury evaluation phase of the international architectural design competition for the project located on the prime land plot at 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.

TP. Hồ Chí Minh, ngày 02/06/2025 - Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư IMG (IMG) và Trường Đại học Kinh tế, ĐHQGHN (UEB) đã ký kết Hợp đồng tài trợ thi tuyển quốc tế “Thiết kế kiến trúc cảnh quan và đề xuất quy hoạch 1/500 Trường Đại học Kinh tế tại Hòa Lạc” với giá trị 10 tỷ đồng. Sự kiện đánh dấu cột mốc hợp tác chiến lược, hướng tới xây dựng không gian giáo dục thông minh, bền vững.

Ngày 21/5/2025, tại KCN Cảng Phước Đông, IMG Group đón tiếp đoàn lãnh đạo Tỉnh ủy Long An do Bí thư Nguyễn Văn Quyết và Phó Chủ tịch Huỳnh Văn Sơn dẫn đầu, cùng đại diện IMG gồm Chủ tịch Lê Tự Minh và Tổng Giám đốc Nguyễn Ngọc Mẫn. Sự kiện báo cáo tổng quan KCN Cảng Phước Đông. IMG cảm ơn sự hỗ trợ của Tỉnh ủy, nêu vướng mắc về pháp lý, hạ tầng, và đề xuất nâng cấp giao thông, mở rộng KCN.
