On November 3, 2025, at Tan Lan Commune, Tay Ninh Province, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company solemnly held the Ground-breaking Ceremony for the Prestressed Concrete Sheet Pile Construction Package (Section B8–C2) under the Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park Project.

On October 31, 2025, at Hoa Lac, within the framework of the 2025 Annual Conference on Education and Scientific Research, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) held the IMG Award Ceremony – For the Cause of Education.

On October 31, 2025, at the headquarters of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, a working session was held between the leaders of Tay Ninh Province (Vietnam) and the Guangdong Delegation (China), led by Mr. Chi Wei Guo – Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Bureau of Commerce, with representatives from the Shenzhen Bureau of Commerce and Shen Viet United Investment Co., Ltd. – an investor at the IMG Phưoc Đong Industrial Park.

IMG Group signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shen Yue Company (Shenzhen, China)

On October 16, 2025, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong solemnly held the Investment Registration Certificate and Branch Registration Handover Ceremony for Jia Hsin Co., Ltd, a 100% foreign-invested enterprise specializing in high-quality footwear manufacturing for globally renowned brands.

On the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13, 2004 – October 13, 2025), Major General Tran Chi Tam – Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 7, together with the working delegation, visited and extended congratulations to IMG Investment Joint Stock Company. The visit reflected the recognition and appreciation of IMG’s contributions to socio-economic development and its ongoing support for the armed forces of Military Region 7.

On September 17, 2025, at Huawei’s headquarters in Shenzhen (China), a signing ceremony took place between Huawei Group and IMG Investment Joint Stock Company – IPD regarding the development of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park in Tay Ninh into a Green Industrial Park. Accordingly, the two parties agreed to cooperate in integrating green, smart, and sustainable infrastructure standards into the project, aiming to achieve international certification for Green Industrial Parks in Vietnam.

On September 15, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, IMG held a ceremony to honor outstanding employees who successfully achieved the business targets of the 738 Vo Van Kiet project, while also announcing the appointment of the senior management team of MHL Investment Joint Stock Company. The event reflects IMG’s strategic orientation toward sustainable development and its commitment to enhancing corporate governance quality.

With a strong commitment to supporting the industrial development of Tay Ninh, EVNSPC will directly invest in a 110kV substation and transmission line at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park. This initiative is the outcome of the working session on September 10, 2025, between EVNSPC and IMG Phuoc DongJoint Stock Company (IPD), marking a new milestone in ensuring energy infrastructure for Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park—home to Hoa Phat Long An Steel Rolling Mill and many other large-scale projects.

On September 8, 2025, and September 10, 2025, IMG Investment Joint Stock Company officially issued important decisions on organizational structure, the transfer and appointment of senior executives, with the aim of consolidating the leadership team, enhancing management efficiency, and strengthening sustainable development orientation in the new phase.
