As part of the province’s working program with key enterprises in the area, the President of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, together with a delegation of provincial leaders and representatives of relevant departments and agencies, visited and held a working session with IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company – the developer of the Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park. The visit reflects the provincial leadership’s close attention to investment activities, industrial park infrastructure development, and the orientation toward sustainable development in the locality.

On January 16, 2026, the University of Economics – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UEB – VNU) solemnly held the Announcement and Award Ceremony of the International Design Competition titled “Landscape Architectural Design and Master Planning Proposal at 1/500 Scale for the University of Economics – VNU at Hoa Lac.” The event marked a significant milestone in UEB’s long-term strategy to develop its education and research campus in Hoa Lac, oriented toward a green, smart, and internationally standardized university model. As the sole sponsor and strategic partner, IMG Investment Joint Stock Company reaffirmed its long-term commitment to creating sustainable value for Vietnam’s higher education sector.

The international competition “Landscape Architectural Design and 1/500 Master Planning Proposal for the University of Economics – Vietnam National University, Hanoi at Hoa Lac”, sponsored by IMG Group with a total funding of VND 10 billion, has gone through two rigorous and in-depth evaluation rounds to select the most feasible solution for the university’s sustainable development orientation.

December 8, 2025 marks the 18th anniversary of the establishment and development of IMG Investment Joint Stock Company (December 8, 2007 – December 8, 2025). This is not merely a milestone in time, but a testament to a persistent journey, unwavering efforts, and a strong aspiration to create sustainable value for customers, partners, and the community.

On the morning of December 17, 2025, at Meeting Room 1 – IMG, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with YOTAI Digital Energy, a China-based energy technology company. The event marked an important starting point in IMG’s strategy to develop green energy, solar power, and energy storage solutions across industrial parks and urban developments invested in and developed by IMG.

IMG held an official working meeting with CSCEC – China State Construction Engineering Corporation, a Top 250 global construction contractor according to the ENR ranking, to exchange strategic orientations and promote cooperation opportunities in industrial parks, ports, construction, and investment projects in Vietnam.

From December 01–03, 2025, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company participated in the Vietnam – China Investment Promotion Conference within the framework of CIEIE 2025 at Sky Expo Vietnam. As a Gold Sponsor, IMG Phuoc Dong affirmed its position as one of the leading industrial park developers in Tay Ninh, while strengthening connections with over 300 Chinese enterprises exploring investment opportunities in Vietnam.

IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company participated in the Vietnam–China Investment Promotion Conference held within the framework of CIEIE 2025, taking place from December 1–3, 2025 at Sky Expo Vietnam. The event provided a valuable opportunity for IMG Phuoc Dong to showcase its outstanding investment potential and expand strategic cooperation with Chinese and international corporations in the fields of industry, logistics, and high technology.

On the morning of November 23, 2025, at Campus A – University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), IMG Investment Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), Tham Viet Investment Consortium Co., Ltd. (VCEP), and Xiamen University (XMU – China), organized the international exchange seminar titled “Exploring Vietnam’s Investment Environment and Future Development Orientation.” The event gathered academic leaders, economic experts, and MBA (XMU) and EMBA (UEH) learners. Discussions centered on FDI trends, macroeconomic policies, and Vietnam’s investment outlook for the 2025–2035 period.

On November 11, 2025, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company attended the workshop “Advancing Sustainable Supply Chains through Responsible Business Conduct” organized by the Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV) and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Vietnam. The event provided valuable insights into Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) – a pillar that is rapidly becoming a global standard in industrial park development, logistics, and supply chain management. This aligns closely with the sustainable development strategy of Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park for the 2025–2030 period.

On November 20, 2025, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company – a member unit of IMG Investment Joint Stock Company – in collaboration with Phuoc Dong Secondary School, organized the IMG Phuoc Dong Scholarship Award Ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year. This program is part of the Corporation’s ongoing CSR initiatives, aimed at supporting disadvantaged students, encouraging academic excellence, and contributing to the advancement of local education. The ceremony took place on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20), creating a solemn, warm, and meaningful atmosphere.

On October 31, 2025, the 11,030 kWp Rooftop Solar Power Project at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park was officially launched. The project is invested by IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company – a member of IMG Group – with DAT Group serving as the EPC General Contractor, responsible for system design, equipment supply, construction, and operation.
