On the afternoon of July 25, 2025, IMG Investment Joint Stock Company held an official working session with Yinjian Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. (Ngan Kien) – one of China’s leading firms in the design and interior decoration of 5-star standard hotels – to explore partnership opportunities for implementing interior solutions for the flagship project at 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh.

The working session between IMG and Yinjian for the 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh project was not merely a technical collaboration, but a strategic move to bring international design and construction standards closer to Vietnam’s high-end living spaces.

IMG – Pioneering a New Standard of Living in Vietnam

The 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh project is co-developed by MHL Investment Joint Stock Company – a member of the IMG ecosystem and also a strategic partner of IMG. Positioned as a new symbol of living along the Saigon River, the development is envisioned as a premium complex of residential apartments and commercial–service spaces. From the earliest planning stages, the project has demonstrated strategic foresight by partnering with leading international interior design and construction firms, aiming to deliver an exceptional living experience worthy of its status as a future landmark in the heart of the city.

The collaboration with Yinjian is part of IMG’s strategy to internationalize its design and construction capabilities while staying aligned with global interior architecture trends. This partnership aims to elevate quality and enhance the value of IMG’s high-end developments by balancing aesthetics, feasibility, sustainability, and harmony with the urban landscape. The design approach embraces modernity while remaining rooted in local cultural, climatic, and planning contexts—contributing meaningfully to the architectural identity of Ho Chi Minh City.

The two parties jointly analyzed the master plan using a digital map, clarifying the development direction for an upscale riverside living space along the Saigon River.

Strategic Partnership Prospects between IMG and Yinjian:

During the working session, both parties exchanged ideas and reached a consensus on the strategic collaboration directions for the 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh project, including:

• Yinjian will submit sample interior design concepts, personally overseen by the Director of its Design Institute, featuring diverse styles in color palettes, materials, and spatial layouts tailored to each apartment type.

• IMG will select the most feasible concept, upon which Yinjian will further develop detailed design drawings, material specifications, and a comprehensive pricing plan.

• All design options will aim for cost optimization and flexible execution while maintaining aesthetic highlights and construction feasibility.

• The Chairman of IMG is expected to visit Yinjian’s headquarters and manufacturing facilities in China in the near future to assess the partner’s actual implementation capabilities.

Mr. Le Tu Minh, Chairman of IMG, presented a commemorative gift to the representative of Yinjian – marking the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two parties.

The event not only opened up practical cooperation opportunities between the two companies, but also reaffirmed IMG’s commitment to standardizing urban living quality through world-class interior design solutions.
