IMG Phuoc Dong shares FDI insights at the high-level panel discussion
At the panel discussion, Mr. Seng Hong Ker – Deputy General Director of Foreign Investment – shared that although Vietnam holds strong potential to become Asia’s next manufacturing hub, foreign investors still face challenges such as rapidly rising production costs, an incomplete domestic supply chain, and a limited capital ecosystem. He emphasized that to attract green capital and high-tech projects, Vietnam must enhance policy transparency, particularly the effective implementation of Resolution 70-NQ/TW on sustainable development and PPP. He also highlighted the importance of investing in clean energy infrastructure, green financing, and modern energy storage systems.
With the right policy direction and the support of industrial park developers like IMG Phuoc Dong, Vietnam is well-positioned to strengthen competitiveness and welcome high-quality FDI inflows in the coming years.

On the morning of April 29, 2026, in Tay Ninh, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company officially broke ground on a High-rise Factory cluster integrated with 110kV power infrastructure and a worker and expert housing development. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project contributes to completing a modern, fully integrated, and sustainable industrial park ecosystem.
