SIGNING CEREMONY OF AN OLD CITY URBAN PROJECT DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION - PHASE 3
After a long process of cooperation, IMG Hue continued to select KTG as the development unit of An Old City project phase 3. An Old City - phase 3 will launch investors with new orientation. With the orientation of development and desire to bring the best value to the life of residents of An Old City Urban Area, all issues related to design - planning - construction - materials and living environment are valued by IMG Hue to ensure the perfect quality of works.
Located in the center of the project, the last 3 blocks of the project, adjacent to the central park in An Old City coupled with rich internal utilities, connecting the perfect exterior facilities, adjacent to the center. On the morning of April 29, 2026, in Tay Ninh, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company officially broke ground on a High-rise Factory cluster integrated with 110kV power infrastructure and a worker and expert housing development. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project contributes to completing a modern, fully integrated, and sustainable industrial park ecosystem.
