IMG Phuoc Dong started construction of an industrial - energy - welfare complex worth more than VND 3,600 billion in Tay Ninh
On May 4, 2026, at Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of High-rise Factory Cluster and 110kV Transmission Line - Transformer Station, and at the same time broke ground on the Worker Housing - Expert Housing Project. The event marks an important development step in the strategy of perfecting a modern, synchronous and sustainable industrial ecosystem in the Southern region.

The event was attended by leaders of Tay Ninh province, representatives of departments, partners, investors and many domestic and foreign guests.
With a total investment capital of more than 3,623 billion VND, the project complex includes:
- Modern high-rise factory cluster, meeting the production expansion needs of businesses in technology fields high, supporting industry and logistics;
- The 110kV Line and Transformer Station project aims to enhance energy infrastructure capacity, ensuring stable power supply for the entire industrial park;
- Worker Housing - Expert Housing Project, contributing to completing security amenities and improving the quality of living environment for workers, experts and residents working in the industrial park.
Speech at the meeting ceremony, IMG Phuoc Dong representative emphasized the orientation of developing the industrial park according to the integrated model of "Industry - Infrastructure - Services - Welfare", aiming to build a sustainable investment environment, increasing attraction for high-quality FDI capital flows.
The synchronous implementation of key items not only contributes to improving the competitiveness of Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park but also creates motivation to promote local socio-economic development, expand employment opportunities and attract high-quality human resources to Tay Ninh.
