Born in 1959, businessman Le Tu Minh, a son of Hue, is living in Ho Chi Minh City. In 1983, he graduated from Hanoi University, then worked as a teacher at the Air Defense - Air Force Academy. In 1987, he was sent by the Party and State to study at the V.I. Lenin Military - Political Academy. In 1995, he defended his doctoral thesis at the Russian Federation Academy. He started his business and established his first company in Moscow. Since 1996, he has returned to Vietnam to do business in the fields of oil and gas equipment, liquefied gas, finance, real estate, etc. He is the nephew of Lieutenant General Le Tu Dong, former Deputy Director of the National Defense Academy, Political Commissar and Secretary of the Military Region 4 Party Committee, Secretary of the Thua Thien Provincial Party Committee. In Hue, IMG Investment Joint Stock Company, of which he is Chairman of the Board of Directors, has invested in many projects; In which, An Cuu City is a project that he devoted much of his heart to with the desire to contribute to making his hometown Thua Thien Hue more beautiful.

He has many concerns about Hue. He said that in 2005, he and former Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province Nguyen Xuan Ly went to burn incense at Truong Son Martyrs' Cemetery. He put forward the idea: To develop, Thua Thien Hue must have another city, Lang Co city. Lang Co coastal city must be quickly formed and developed because the terrain here is very beautiful, with mountains, rivers, and sea. The city is located between 2 airports. The land here is still primitive, so when planning the urban area, there will be less problems with clearance and compensation, low land prices and will create for the province not only a beautiful city but also a large source of budget revenue from real estate. However, to form an urban area here, there must be determination from the government. If the process of urban formation is left to happen spontaneously, it will take a long time. If possible, move the provincial administrative center to Lang Co or form a strong administrative-economic center here. That is, Hue will become a heritage city under the Central Government, and Lang Co will be an economic city. This model has been applied very successfully in many countries around the world.

With this wish, he participated in scientific programs, researching international economic models. At the same time, he also sponsored many scientists to research economic strategies for Hue...

Besides being a successful businessman who contributed to enriching his homeland, he is also an artist with many poetic and musical compositions that beautify life. He is the one who translated dozens of Russian and other songs into Vietnamese; including the famous song "Bonjour Vietnam" (composed by Marc Lavoine) with the name "Hello Vietnam". He also wrote a lot of poetry. Many songs based on his poems have been broadcast on the program "Songs that go with the years" of Vietnam Television...

Hue always reigns in him, so many songs have Hue's image attached to them, such as "Bonjour Vietnam", "Song Huong Giang", "Tro lai noi day" ...

Recognizing his contributions, in 2020, the Thua Thien Hue Music Association welcomed him into the association and then he was admitted to the Vietnam Musicians Association. Because he often lives and works in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, musician Do Hong Quan - Chairman of the Vietnam Musicians Association asked him where he wanted to work, he immediately replied: "Let me work in Hue, because that is my hometown". He said: "I am very happy to work with the Thua Thien Hue Music Association because we respect each other and Hue is where I return".

In 2020, he had many successful songs; in which, the song "Hoi sinh" was composed during the time when the COVID-19 pandemic was raging around the world, as a word of encouragement, reminding everyone to be resilient and determined to defeat the pandemic. He shared: “When fear and death prevail, life must still go on and from the pain there is still a light of faith that we will overcome”.

The message I want to send to everyone is: No disease, death, or pain can destroy human life. Life will be revived from the ashes, from the barren lands and from the deaths of disease and war when people have faith and responsibility”. This song was later translated into Russian by musician Do Hong Quan and Colonel Phelikc Aranovxki; Russian Meritorious Artist - Tachiana Galovkina sang in Russian, American singer - Kyo York sang in English and singer Khanh Linh sang in Vietnamese.

Another song, “Step to Glory Together” has just been awarded the B prize of the Vietnam Musicians Association in 2020. This song has been played many times on Vietnam Television, with many touching images: “Put your hands on your hearts/The sacred word Vietnam/Let’s sing together/How much love Vietnam!”…

As a businessman and musician with many contributions, he still maintains a simple and humble style. That is also the nature of a soldier in peacetime.
