Tay Ninh Breaks Ground on Multi-Storey Factory Development at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park
On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2026), Tay Ninh officially commenced construction of a multi-storey factory development within Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park. The project marks a significant milestone in IMG Phuoc Dong’s strategic vision to develop a modern and sustainable integrated industrial–logistics ecosystem.
Aligned with the objective of deepening industrial development, optimizing land-use efficiency, and enhancing competitiveness, the multi-storey factory project at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park has been comprehensively prepared in terms of legal framework, master planning, design, and resource allocation, ensuring readiness for timely implementation.
The groundbreaking ceremony on April 30 carries not only symbolic significance but also reflects a spirit of continuity, innovation, and global integration, contributing to new growth momentum for Tay Ninh’s industrial economy.
Amid the increasing scarcity of industrial land, the multi-storey factory model is emerging as an inevitable trend, enabling more efficient use of space while meeting the evolving demands of modern investors. The development at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park is planned as an integrated complex, combining industrial infrastructure with on-site port logistics advantages – creating a distinctive competitive edge.
