In order to create the best conditions for customers to own Shophouse products, the Investor cooperates with Military Bank (MB) Hue branch, BIDV bank Phu Xuan branch and ACB bank Thua Thien Hue branch to lend up to 70% of the total contract value with a term of 20 years, 50% of the value, the borrower is supported by the Investor with 100% interest rate for 18 months, at the same time, customers are given a grace period for principal up to 18 months..
