Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port has a total area of 128.8 hectares. Main traffic system with 4 lanes, 22m wide, internal traffic system with 2 lanes, 14m wide, sidewalks, trees in the area. At Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, there are: land for rent, ready-built factories, custom-built factories, warehouses. The terrain is suitable for both road and waterway traffic. By road, Provincial Road 826B passes through the project connecting with National Highway 50 connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta provinces, helping traffic from Ho Chi Minh City to the industrial park less than 1 hour. In terms of waterways, this area has a length of more than 3 km bordering the Vam Co river and a wharf in the future, which is expected to be able to receive ships up to 20,000 DWT. This is a transshipment port to dynamic western economic regions.
