The contest is part of a series of activities towards the 75th anniversary of the death of Heroic Martyr Vu A Dinh (June 15, 1949 - June 15, 2024), the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund (March 15, 1999 - March 15, 2024) and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Club "For Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa" (August 1, 2014 - August 1, 2024) of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund.
