At IMG, every Team Building program is meticulously planned from concept to execution to deliver meaningful experiences for employees. The journey to Cam Ranh brought together participants from various regions, converging at a single destination – where geographical distances were eliminated to make way for genuine connection.

The open, pristine coastal setting of Cam Ranh served as an ideal “natural stage” for IMG to organize large-scale team activities, enabling each individual to fully integrate into the collective.

Energizing the start – Awakening team spirit

On the second morning, all IMG employees gathered at the resort beach to officially kick off the Team Building program under the theme: “United to Create – Breakthrough for the Future.”

Amid sunshine and ocean breeze, warm-up activities quickly ignited team spirit. Laughter, handshakes, and enthusiastic introductions broke initial barriers, fostering openness and natural bonding among participants.

This “warm-up phase” played a critical role in preparing each individual to approach upcoming challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.

The highlight of the program was a series of diverse Team Building challenges, combining physical activity, strategic thinking, and team coordination.

Each challenge functioned as a “collective problem,” requiring effective role allocation, mutual support, and strong determination. Boundaries between departments and job functions disappeared as all participants stood on the same front line, striving toward a common goal.

Moments of overcoming challenges together, cheering, and celebrating victories created memorable experiences – both enjoyable and deeply meaningful.

Following the Team Building program, IMG members enjoyed leisure time at a 5-star resort, engaging in activities such as beach swimming, pool relaxation, wellness, and exploring on-site amenities.

This period not only restored physical energy but also allowed participants to fully embrace the experience, balancing work and life – thereby regenerating positive energy for the journey ahead.
