IMG Team Building 2023 - A journey of connection
The trip began on the afternoon of August 11, when the company members got on the bus and departed from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet. After about 4 hours of traveling, everyone arrived at Hon Rom Phan Thiet Hotel, where they would rest for the next two days. The hotel is located on Mui Ne beach, with a cool, luxurious and comfortable space.
After checking in and resting, the company members participated in a campfire held on the beach. This was a fun and warm activity, when everyone gathered around the fire, sang, told stories and enjoyed delicious dishes such as grilled seafood, grilled rice paper, grilled sweet potatoes... The campfire lasted until late at night, making everyone feel close and happy. The next day, after breakfast at the hotel, the company members participated in team building activities at Phan Thiet beach. This was an activity to practice teamwork skills, enhance understanding and cooperation among members. Team building activities included games such as tug of war, sand building, beach running... Each game brought joy and laughter to everyone. The company members tried their best to win for their team.
Buổi chiều, sau khi nghỉ ngơi và tắm biển, các thành viên trong công ty đã chuẩn bị cho buổi gala dinner được tổ chức tại nhà hàng của khách sạn. Buổi gala dinner là dịp để công ty tri ân và tôn vinh những cống hiến của cán bộ nhân viên trong suốt thời gian qua. Trong buổi gala dinner, anh Trịnh Xuân Hà, tổng giám đốc IMG đã có những lời động viên cán bộ nhân viên trong giai đoạn khó khăn chung. Anh nói rằng, dù thị trường có biến động thế nào, công ty vẫn luôn tin tưởng và ủng hộ cán bộ nhân viên. Anh cũng khen ngợi những nỗ lực và thành tích của cán bộ nhân viên trong năm qua, và mong muốn mọi người tiếp tục phát huy tinh thần làm việc chuyên nghiệp, sáng tạo và hiệu qủa.
Anh Võ Đông Tùng, giám đốc các đơn vị thành viên cũng có lời động viên, quyết tâm vượt khó. Anh cho biết, IMG là một gia đình lớn, mà mỗi thành viên đều là một phần quan trọng. Anh hy vọng rằng, sau chuyến du lịch này, mọi người sẽ có thêm năng lượng và động lực để làm việc hiệu quả hơn. Anh cũng gửi lời cảm ơn đến ban tổ chức chuyến du lịch đã chuẩn bị một chương trình hấp dẫn và ý nghĩa.
Buổi gala dinner còn có nhiều tiết mục văn nghệ do chính các thành viên trong công ty biểu diễn. Có những tiết mục hài hước, có những tiết mục xúc động, có những tiết mục sôi động... Mọi người cùng cổ vũ, vỗ tay và hòa giọng với các nghệ sĩ. Buổi gala dinner kết thúc trong không khí vui tươi và ấm áp.
Ngày cuối cùng của chuyến du lịch, sau khi dùng bữa sáng và trả phòng, các thành viên trong công ty đã lên xe trở về TP.HCM. Trên đường về, mọi người vẫn còn nhớ về những khoảnh khắc đẹp và ý nghĩa trong chuyến du lịch. Chuyến du lịch không chỉ mang lại cho mọi người những trải nghiệm mới mẻ và thú vị, mà còn là dịp để mọi người gắn bó lại tình cảm và tinh thần đoàn kết.
