The Vietnamese delegation was led by Associate Professor, Doctor, musician Do Hong Quan and musician Le Tu Minh from the country, and musician Pham Hong Ha, who is currently living in Moscow.

In particular, the Russian Meritorious Artist singer Tatyana Golovkina was invited by the Festival Organizing Committee to participate as a member of the Vietnamese delegation.

Due to work reasons, two members of the delegation, musician Duc Trinh and singer Lan Anh, could not arrange time to come in time.

The five concerts taking place over the three days of the festival reflected a panoramic view of modern world music, from authentic folk music that has been revived, to academic compositions by professional contemporary composers. For the elite music audience of Kazan, musical performances from Vietnam, Japan, the United States, China, Australia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and many regions of multicultural Russia were warmly welcomed.

The Kazan City Musicians Association has given the Vietnamese delegation thoughtful and respectful attention. In addition to taking care of the delegation from reception to activities, the Organizing Committee also created the best conditions for the rehearsals to be suitable for the time and achieve the highest efficiency.

The first sounds to open the entire music festival program were the song "Resurrection" (Возрождение) written by musician Le Tu Minh, translated into Russian and performed by the Russian Meritorious Artist Tatyana Golovkina, which was warmly received. Although the song was born in the tragic context of the covid pandemic and major changes in the world, it resonated with faith, affirmed the strong vitality and love for humanity as the name of the song.

The aria from the concerto for organ and string orchestra by composer Rashid Kalimullin was played at the festival, filled with the desire for peace and faith in the good feelings of humanity.

After many years of regularly performing classical guitar solos on many stages in Russia, participating with the orchestra of the conservatory and having soloed with the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra, this time at the Kazan International Music Festival, musician Pham Hong Ha successfully performed the song "Nguoi o dung ve", conquering the hearts of Russian audiences with lyrical Vietnamese folk songs in a skillful style.

According to the Music Festival's tradition, the works of the composers who did not attend will not be performed, but with respect and love for Vietnam, although musician Duc Trinh was not present, his String Quartet was still performed by the orchestra and received enthusiastic applause from the audience.

And the magnificent work "Echo" (Эхо) written for the symphony orchestra by musician Do Hong Quan became the final chord to successfully conclude the "New Eurasian Music Festival" in Kazan city 2022.
