An Cuu City residential area with a land area of nearly 32.33 ha in An Dong Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province.

Location and advantages: 

• Located in the center of Hue City, in An Van Duong new urban area with the modern synchronous planning.
•  Positioned next to the administrative center of Hue City and the administrative center of Thua Thien Hue Province on Vo Nguyen Giap Route, which is the biggest route of Thua Thien Hue Province with a width of 100 metres (IMG Hue is the first unit to join in designing, constructing and opening up this route)

• Annual profit is more than 30% of the charter capital during 7 consecutive years
• To be an urban area that is defined strategically: To build houses for sale to the resident (no alloting area for land sale). IMG Hue is the first unit to implement this strategy in Thua Thien Hue Province.

• To be awarded by the Thua Thien Hue Provincial leaders of and the tax agency of the State
• In thousands of the urban areas across the country, in April 2019, An Cuu City was honored to receive the third prize in the National Urban Planning held by the Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and The Vietnam Association for Urban Planning and Development for the first time. This is the pride of not only IMG Hue and the urban resident but also of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial leaders.
