Boundary handover ceremony of Lot A5, A6 - Tan Binh Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (Nakydaco)
On the side of IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company (IPD), there was the participation of: Mr. Ho Van Tri - General Director, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tu - Deputy Head of KTDA Department and staff of KTDA and KDTT Department.
After many efforts to implement the contract, today, August 17, 2022, at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park, the actual handover ceremony of Lot A5, A6 was held under the direct supervision of representatives of the two companies. This is a favorable initial step in the process of implementing the contract and opens up opportunities for development and cooperation in the near future.
Brief introduction of Tan Binh Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (Nakydaco)
Before 1975, Tan Binh Oil was formerly Nam A Oil Industry Factory, owned by Chinese people, established in 1971. After April 30, 1975, the facility was taken over by the State, and on December 28, 1977, the Ministry of Food and Foodstuffs decided to establish and rename the factory as Tan Binh Oil Factory, under the Southern Vegetable Oil Company (now Vietnam Cosmetics and Flavors Vegetable Oil Company). Period from 2005 to present: implementing the State's equitization policy, from January 1, 2005, Tan Binh Oil Factory officially switched to a new operating model as a joint stock company called Tan Binh Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company. During this period, the Company invested in many modern machines and equipment, improved management, and increasingly improved output and efficiency. Tan Binh Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company with more than 30 years of construction and development, products are manufactured on modern production lines and technology imported from advanced countries such as Japan, USA, Germany ... Up to now, the company has a total capacity of 70,000 tons/year, a nationwide distribution network with more than 150 distributors and agents consuming products. Tan Binh Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (Nakydaco) is a leading enterprise in the field of cooking oil production.
Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park - Industrial Park won the silver prize of the 2nd National Urban Planning Award
The industrial park has a total area of 128.8 hectares. The main traffic system has 4 lanes, 22m wide, the internal traffic system has 2 lanes, 14m wide, sidewalks, trees in the area. In Phuoc Dong Industrial Park includes: land for lease, ready-built factories, factories built on demand, warehouses. The terrain is suitable for both road and waterway transportation. By road, Provincial Road 826B passes through the project connecting with National Highway 50 connecting Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta provinces, helping traffic from Ho Chi Minh City to the industrial park in less than 1 hour. By waterway, this area has a length of more than 3 km bordering the Vam Co River and a future wharf, expected to ensure receiving ships up to 20,000 DWT. This is a transit port to the dynamic economic regions of the West.

On May 4, 2026, at Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of High-rise Factory Cluster and 110kV Transmission Line - Transformer Station, and at the same time broke ground on the Worker Housing - Expert Housing Project. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project contributes to completing a modern, fully integrated, and sustainable industrial park ecosystem.
