Job description:
- Receive and welcome guests, candidates, partners, suppliers
- Answer screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Manage documents and parcels
- Manage documents, parcels and internal documents
- Arrange and manage internal cars
- Track documents of advance, settlement of petrol, insurance, maintenance, periodic repairs and arising (if any)
- Contact, track the schedule to book flights, hotels, cars ....
- Coordinate with Secretary of HR director
- Order and pay for stationery, sanitary products, drinking water, office equipment
- Track, extend, pay, liquidate administrative service contracts
- Check daily hygiene
- Monitor the use of office equipment, electricity and water.
Job requirements:
- Male / female, from 20 years old
- Graduated College of Business Administration, Hospitality Restaurant, Archives .... or other related subjects
- Communicate in English, be fluent in computers
- At least 1 year experience in the same position
