Inauguration of Le Tu Kim Long Ancestral Shrine
The Le Tu Kim Long clan has more than 600 years of history and is one of the oldest lineages in Vietnam. According to the genealogical history, more than 1,000 descendants have been passed down through 11 generations and currently live and work throughout the territory of Vietnam.
The ancestral shrine of Le Tu Kim Long was built with the aspiration that this will be a place for the Le Tu clan descendants to revert to their ancestors in the occasion of Tet holidays and commemorating their ancestors. This is an architectural work invested and nurtured by the hands and efforts of many people, including Mr. Le Tu Minh - the main initiator and sponsor of the ancestral shrine.
Mr. Le Tu Minh is the 9th descendant of the lineage. After more than 60 years of life, Mr. Le Tu Minh always understands that he himself was born and raised thanks to the family origin that has molded him a strong, resilient spirit to achieve many great achievements in his career and life today.
The ancestral shrine was built on the signature design lines of the history of Hue city. Stone statues here are located in Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh and Da Nang - the most famous places for stone and the best carvers in Hue have been gathered here to create art work within the heart of the ancestral shrine. Especially, the copper censer was inspired by the Tran dynasty, which is said to have the strongest spirit, with the hope that Le Tu Kim Long ancestral shrine would be a holy and powerful spiritual place.
Twenty billion VND and a journey along with architects looking for ideas for a perfect temple is all Mr. Le Tu Minh's dedication to this place. When the ancestral shrine is completed, it will be a reminder for all the decedents of the Le Tu Kim Long clan to come, to reunite to a place called Home - to return and to love.
