Former lecturer of Social Science Department, Artillery School (now Air Defense Academy - Army). Nowadays, with the desire to continue contributing to the development of the school he used to teach, Chairman Le Tu Minh is the main sponsor of an orchard, led boards and other stone sculpture boards around the school area. Construction period from April 2019 to June 2019 is complete with a total value of 1,270 billion VND. The orchards is expected will become beautiful garden full of fruit trees with so much thought of the people who implement it.

In addition, in early 2018, President Le Tu Minh also sponsored 200 trees, stone sculpture boards and chairs with a total value of nearly one billion VND.
