STRENGTHENING VIETNAM – GUANGDONG RELATIONS: IMG SIGNS STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE 9TH CONFERENCE

On the afternoon of October 28, 2025, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, a Ceremony for the Exchange of Vietnam–Guangdong Cooperation Documents took place under the witness of Standing Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu and Vice Governor of Guangdong Province Zhang Guozhi.

The event was a key activity within the 9th Conference on Coordinating Cooperation between Vietnamese Ministries, Sectors, and Localities and Guangdong Province, aimed at strengthening economic, trade, investment, and people-to-people relations between the two countries.

Cooperation Document between IMG Group and Shen Yue Company

At the ceremony, IMG Group (Vietnam) and Shenzhen Shen Yue United Investment Co., Ltd. officially signed a Strategic Framework Cooperation Agreement on industrial park development and investment promotion in Vietnam.

The signing ceremony was held between:
• Mr. Le Tu Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, IMG Investment JSC (Party A)
• Mr. Ha Dong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Shenzhen Shen Yue United Investment Co., Ltd. (Party B)

Under the witness of:
• Mr. Nguyen Minh Vu, Standing Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam
• Mr. Zhang Guozhi, Vice Governor of Guangdong Province

Focus on Strategic Partnership and Investment Opportunities

According to the signed document, both parties agreed to establish a strategic partnership based on the principles of compliance with the law, mutual benefit, and sustainable development. The cooperation aims to build a long-term strategic relationship, leveraging each party’s strengths and experience in investment, development, and operation of modern industrial parks.

This collaboration seeks to enhance international investment attraction, expand bilateral cooperation networks, and contribute to the sustainable development of the region.

Representatives of both parties affirmed that this agreement not only reflects the strategic trust between IMG and Shen Yue, but also opens new directions for industrial, trade, and innovation cooperation between Vietnam and China in the coming period.

Significance and Vision of the Partnership

The signing of this Strategic Cooperation Agreement marks an important step in IMG Group’s international cooperation expansion strategy, while also contributing to strengthening economic relations between Vietnam and China, particularly in green industry, infrastructure, and smart urban development.

IMG Group emphasized that, through collaboration with an experienced partner like Shen Yue — investor of An Duong Industrial Park (Hai Phong) — both sides will jointly develop modern, eco-friendly industrial parks, helping to enhance Vietnam’s competitiveness in the global supply chain.
