Continuing the visit and work of the Long An Provincial Delegation in Australia, on the morning of September 26, 2022, the Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council - Nguyen Van Duoc, Consul General of Vietnam in Sydney, Australia - Nguyen Dang Thang and members of the Long An Provincial Delegation had a working session with the Sydney Urban and Investment Management Agency - Sydney City Council. Receiving the delegation were Mr. Andrew Parker, Member of the Asian Trade and Investment Council (Sydney City), Mr. James Fairley, Deputy Head of Sydney’s Global International Trade Market
At the meeting, members of the Sydney Urban Management and Investment Authority - Sydney City Council shared experiences in planning future urban projects, focusing on planning and design that are harmonious, convenient and take into account housing areas for low-income people, which are mandatory conditions in planning an urban project.
Members of the Long An provincial delegation were very interested in management issues, project implementation, and environmental protection. The Sydney Urban Management and Investment Authority - Sydney City Council also informed about the implementation and compliance with the Construction Law and the Environmental Law, all organizations and individuals must strictly comply and have sanctions.

Continuing the visit and work of the Long An province delegation in Australia, on the afternoon of September 26, 2022, Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Duoc and members of the delegation visited and worked with the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Receiving the delegation was Professor Chris Pettit - Director of Science, Urban, Future City Research Center.

The highlight is that the school currently has topics on building Future Cities and forecasting climate change. During the visit and work, the members of the Long An provincial delegation were also very interested in building smart cities, Big data, and artificial intelligence because these are the goals of the government and businesses of Long An province in the future.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Duoc exchanged information with professors from the University of Sydney about cooperation opportunities in education and training.
