On September 8, 2025, and September 10, 2025, IMG Investment Joint Stock Company officially issued important decisions on organizational structure, the transfer and appointment of senior executives, with the aim of consolidating the leadership team, enhancing management efficiency, and strengthening sustainable development orientation in the new phase.
Appointment of General Director of IMG Investment Joint Stock Company
According to Decision No. 99/2025/QĐ-IMG, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hao, former General Director of IMG Phước Đông Joint Stock Company, has been transferred and appointed as the General Director of IMG Investment Joint Stock Company, effective September 8, 2025.
This appointment reflects the Board of Directors’ trust in Mr. Nguyen Khac Hao’s leadership capabilities and extensive management experience, while also promising new breakthroughs in IMG’s multi-sector development strategy.

Appointment of Chief Financial & Accounting Officer of IMG Investment Joint Stock Company
According to Decision No. 401/2025/QĐ-IMG, Ms. Phan Thi Anh Nguyet, former Deputy Finance Director and Chief Accountant (IPD + 6 Solar companies + KKT), has been transferred to IMG Investment Joint Stock Company and officially assumes the position of Chief Financial & Accounting Officer, effective September 10, 2025.
This appointment marks an important step in strengthening IMG’s financial management system with greater transparency and professionalism, thereby supporting the company in realizing its goal of sustainable growth.
